Timber drying with the heat pump system

The project “De-carbonization of European dairy industry through a very high temperature industrial heat pump” aims to integrate a very high temperature industrial heat pump in a dairy plant in Maasdam, the Netherlands, for the purpose of producing steam at 4 bar(g). The project is supported by “Regionalt Forskningsfond Vestfold og Telemark” and the project partners include the Norwegian high temperature heat pump manufacturer Olvondo Technology AS, the Dutch dairy cooperative Royal FrieslandCampina, and Åbo Akademi University.
