La Ca’ Scroca

The project is located in the south periphery of the city of Magenta, located in a built up area. The project comprehend the realization of 6 building and a total of 84 apartments. The characteristics of the buildings are those of the “passive house”, the whole project is inspired from the concepts of bioclimatic architecture and sustainable development. The idea behind the project is a responsible usage of the resources.
