All at a price that is reduced with 50%. In brief, a modern and comfortable solution for a low carbon society.

The technical details: 19 deep drillings, approx. 100 meters deep. One well for each parcel. By making 19 drillings at once, cost are reduced by 50 %. By using deep wells, a cooling option is provided for each homeowner. The houses are planned as low-energy houses, and therefore consist of heavy constructions with thermal energy storing capacity. It means each house actually can be called Smart Grid ready.
