The Leyhoeve

The project principles was to design and realize ALL-ELECTRIC heating and cooling of the residential landscape De Leyhoeve, location: Tilburg, Noord Brabant, The Netherlands.

The whole installation for heating, cooling and domestic hot water is engineered as a ALL-ELECTRIC; one of the unique features is that the total amount of domestic hot water is produced by heat pumps (about 8000 liters domestic hot water of 72°C with COP 2.5).
