Luxurius villa in a hotel in Santorini

The project is in Santorini (Greece). The hotelier Mr Zorzos, who was the financier, would build a new luxurius villa with low energy consumption with the respect of the environment (low noise and low consumption of the heat pumps). This make this hotel “green” and environmentally friendly.

Two heat pumps were installed. On for the Domestic Hot Water and the second for the heating and cooling.  About the heating and cooling, fan coils with low consumption and wall heating were used. This makes the heat pump work much less than the usual installations. The system has remote control via web.
