Ground-source heat pump installation for 56 appartments in San Sebastián de los Reyes AEDAS

This building exemplifies sustainable construction through its design, execution, and final phase, achieving the highest level of energy rating. It features a ground-source heat pump system with water-to-water heat pumps operating in cascade, as well as a 6,700 m² underfloor heating and cooling distribution system. The building includes reinforced thermal insulation and a double-flow ventilation system with heat recovery. This unique project utilizes ground-source energy to meet 100% of its thermal demand, achieving one of the highest sustainability levels according to the BREEAM certification.
