Kite Marina

Kite Marina is a holiday resort located on the edge of Lake Sarbsko – one of the few coastal lakes on the Polish coast, very close to Baltic Sea.

Heating, cooling and domestic hot water instalation is divided into 2 zones. One zone is the restaurant area where 2 x air-to-water heat pumps are used and cassete fan coil units,  second zone is the rooms area with 3 x air-to-water heat pumps and duct fan coil units.

For both zones  air-to-water heat pumps are the only heating and cooling source, and are also preparing the domestic hot water.

The bulding is equipped in photovoltaic installation that generates electricity for the hotel.
