Les Les Jardins d’Eau d’Annevoie – 1758 is a historic heritage building surrounded by a moat/pond, an ideal source for aquathermal energy where heat is extracted from surface water.
The installation of the project is a closed loop aquathermal heat exchanger inside the moat connected to two water-to-water heat pumps with a total capacity of 140 kW. Two interior delivery systems are connected to the heat pumps, one system that provides heat to a floor heating system and one that is connected to a radiator system.
