•Sustainable process heat supply via a
high-temperature heat pump (HTHP) by waste heat utilization from an existing chiller
•First step: Supply of a Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) system
•Next steps: Integration of further consumers (e.g. warm water, pasteurization, …)
•Reduction of the waste heat rejected to the ambient and the electrical demand of the ambient air cooler
•Direct integration of a HTHP into an existing chiller for waste heat recovery
•Use of a natural refrigerant (ammonia, NH3)
