Lime House – Bespoke Modular  Heat Pump Plant Room Project

GS Renewable were recommended to the client by Viessmann for Lime House project because the client was looking for an integrated low energy efficiency system to provide heating, cooling, domestic hot water, mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system.

Lime House was a new build in the high-end domestic sector. Located in East Sussex, United Kingdom, the size of the house is approximately 3500 sq ft/ 325 sqm. The house is a guest house on a site for an existing house named King’s Hill, which consist of the main house with a large swimming pool.

GS Renewable were consulted by the client to design, build and commission a ground source heat pump installation for the whole site. The client had several concerns and the 2 overarching issues were around (i) avoiding sacrificing internal space within Lime House for mechanical services, and (ii) how we were going to integrate a technology to satisfy heating / cooling and hot water demand all in one go system.
